the room was so noisy from pipes that it was uninhabitable, yet they couldn’t move me because all rooms were booked. and don’t even get me started on the gym, which was hardly impressive and disgustingly dirty. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles—what a letdown! , I almost considered a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff were as friendly as a summer BBQ, especially Mr Harun who surprised me with a slice of cake for my birthday. The location’s a dream, right inside the mall. My room was cozy, perfect after a long day. Just wish the cleaning could've used a little more love. That carpet needed some vacuumin'.

Great Experience for Business Travelers
The welcome was excellent! I met the lovely Nesreen and Hala at reception, their smiles made check-in smooth. The cleanliness was excellent. The room felt like a sanctuary after long meetings. High-quality shampoo and body gel added a nice touch to my stay.
I gotta say it wasn’t exactly cheap but still manageable for what you get.
